Who we are

Founded in 2019, Avila is an executive search firm based in Finland, helping organisations appoint and assess talent for executive and other business-critical roles. We complete more than 150 assignments annually and have partnered with over 250 clients, with a client NPS of 81 (2025).

Our team combines experienced executive search consultants with business psychologists, bringing together sector expertise, data-driven search methodology and psychological assessment. We work with organisations ranging from growing companies to established industry leaders. Our experience is particularly strong in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, and extends across a broad range of other industries and functions.

We are known as a dynamic, agile and pragmatic strategic partner. As the Finnish member of Lense & Lumen Advisory Group, Avila connects local leadership insight with international reach.

Services

Executive Search

We identify and attract executives, leaders and other key professionals through systematic market mapping and direct search. Each assignment is led by a consultant with relevant sector and functional expertise. We work in close partnership with the client from defining the role through to final selection, and provide continued support after the appointment.

Psychological Suitability Assessments

Our psychologists conduct comprehensive assessments to support critical recruitment decisions. Using validated tests and in-depth interviews, we assess a candidate’s suitability for the specific role and organisational context by evaluating their capabilities, motivation, working style and leadership approach.

Leadership and Talent Assessment

We help organisations understand and develop their existing leadership and talent. Our business psychologists and consultants assess individuals and teams to support leadership development, succession planning and organisational change.
