Who we are

Hansen Toft A/S was founded in 2001 in Aarhus, Denmark. The company now has offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen and Kolding.

Hansen Toft consists of consultants with many years of experience in management consulting and business development, including Search & Selection. Our Research department specializes in attracting executives and key employees through a relevant attraction channels and methods. Our administrative team and accounting department tie the ends together.

Hansen Toft is characterised by solid growth and black bottom line figures in all the years since our start-up.

Activities

To us, Management Consulting is about business development. It is about understanding the client’s business before we contribute.

The focal point is the management performance which is to ensure that strategy and goal are being converted into specific, measurable results.

Management performance can be influenced from within through recruiting the right managers to the right positions and also through developing a manager’s – or a management team’s – ability to create the results wanted.

We select managers and develop management performance – those are our core business areas.
