Who we are
We are an executive search company for C-Level positions and advisory boards, created in 2012, focused on providing excellence to both clients and candidates. With offices in Madrid (Spain) and CDMX (Mexico), we partner with our clients in their executive search in Spain, Portugal and Latin America.
MV EXECUTIVE SEARCH is made up of senior professionals with extensive experience in strategy, consultancy and HR and Organization Development; as well as experience in the search and assessment of executives from different functional areas, in a variety of sectors (Media, Distribution, FMCG, Luxury, Retail, Technology, Digital, Engineering, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, among others) in several countries.

We achieve this through carrying out an in-depth analysis of our clients’ current and future strategic, organisational and cultural challenges, as well as ensuring we have extensive knowledge of our client’s customer-base and competitors.
Our proven executive search method includes support in the negotiation and hiring of the selected candidate, in addition to a follow-up and accompaniment service which maximises the adaptation of the new executive to the culture, philosophy and operations of the Organisation.
