Founded in 1988 Oryx is one of the UK’s leading Executive Search firms. We specialise in helping private and public sector organisations recruit world class talent across a wide range of functional specialisms in the UK and overseas.

Over 33 years Oryx has conducted over 4,000 search assignments. We work across a range of market sectors and recruit leaders in all functional specialisms.
We have specific experience in Automotive, Real Estate, Aviation & Aerospace, Cleantech and Renewables, Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, Travel & Tourism, The Built Environment. We typically recruit MD or CEO, CFO, CTO, Sales and Marketing Leaders, CPO, Manufacturing, Operations, Health & Safety, ESG Leaders. Our typical engagements are board level or senior management.
Oryx is also able to provide in depth leadership assessment services as part of an assignment or as a stand alone project.
